20 stars plus. Valvoline please recognize Christan and Thomas. Christan was so knowledgeable. He spent time answering my questions, addressing any concerns. Amazing! He is the best management I have ever encountered at one of your locations. Thomas was professional and helped serviced my car. Thomas was so kind and also so professional. They care about the people who drive in for service. Outstsnding!! Above board! Dynamic duo! Thank you Christan and Thomas for making my morning great! I was super impressed by the team here. Even though I arrived close to closing time, they welcomed me in with a great attitude. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through everything with clear expertise. You don't often get that level of service right at the end of the day—huge props to this location!

Jeremy offered great customer service. The team was thorough and really fast. Very impressed - I will recommend the Lisle location. James was also very professional and was helpful explains some questions on tire pressure . Marinel double checked everything and was very kind and made sure I understood the other services this location can provide.

I cannot begin to describe the ABSOLUTELY AHHHMAZING SERVICE I received at Valvoline today! Professional, Attentive to every single detail, Kind and Courteous and Above and Beyond attention they gave to servicing my car and me as the customer. Thank you so much to Evan and Mariel.....I'm certain that there are other Valvoline locations that give great service as well but this location by far is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Iwill always be a customer at this location. I highly recommend others bring their cars here to be serviced.....you will not be disappointed! I'm an extremely happy customer! God bless them!!!

Manager and attendant were very kind and welcoming. The attendant taking my mileage and information informed me of all the features/benefits/ and potential savings of all add-on service suggestions and applied the information to me personally. He let me know the value and return on investment of each offered additional service and cost differential between Valvoline and dealership. This was very impressive. With a background in sales and management, I agreed to one add-on service. You can tell this attendant really liked what he was doing. I didn't feel sold, I felt informed and empowered to make the decisions for myself- a welcome change from industry standard approach. Well done. Will be back again and again- love the hours and flexibility. The coupons keep me coming back too, and in this economy, please keep those coming
